On November 18th 2009, the representatives from Josai, led by Chancellor MIZUTA paid a visit to Business School at Lille Catholic University in France. Chancellor MIZUTA and Jean-Philppe Ammeux, General Director of the Business School signed an academic exchange agreement between the two institutions during the visit.

Lille Catholic University’s Business School is located in a building called “New Triumph Arc” in Paris. While being part of Lille Catholic University, the Business School is also a member of grandes écoles, an independent higher education establishment of France.

In addition to its location within a historic area in the city of Paris, the “New Triumph Arc” building is adjacent to exceptionally modern skyscrapers which house various business entities, and this helps the school develop cooperative relationships with those business corporations.

What particularly impressed the representatives from Josai during the visit to the campus was a course designed to support students to improve their presentation skills. We look forward to a day when Josai students benefit from this unique, exciting course.
