On May 29, 2010 the members of Japan China Association for Short Poetry held “Carillon Street”, a coterie magazine, round table talk. Chancellor Noriko Mizuta, Advisor Murai Takashi, Professor Chen Yan of Dalian University of Foreign Languages, Professor Du Feng Gang of Dalian University of Technology, Professor Liu Li Guo of Dalian University of Foreign Languages, and Professor Ruan of Josai International University attended the event that started in 2008.

At the event members discussed the charm of the quatrain format and commented on the quatrains they exchanged through emails thus far. As the number of their works has increased over the years, members also discussed the future direction of the association, discussing the possibility of having a Japan-China joint symposium.
