Finally, Josai, in cooperation with Dalian University of Technology and Dalian University of Foreign Languages, established the Japan-China Joint Graduate Program in 2010 which offers a variety of intensive courses for visiting exchange students.

This honorary professor was presented to Chancellor Mizuta to acknowledge her many contributions and accomplishments in the area of academic exchange between the two schools. Vice-President Wang Fu Li presented Chancellor Mizuta with the degree with faculty members from both universities in attendance.
