Academic Exchange Agreement concluded with University of Alberta in Canada

Josai International University and Josai University have concluded academic exchange agreement with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Faculty of Extension in Alberta University in Canada. Including University of Alberta, Josai’s sister universities number totaled in 174 educational institutions in 30 countries (as of January 2018).

University of Alberta founded in 1908, is a prestigious university listed by QS World University Rankings and the Times Higher Education World University Ranking as one of the top five universities in Canada and one of the top 100 universities worldwide. On June 10, 2004, the Prince Takamado Japan Centre for Teaching and Research was formally established at the University of Alberta.

This agreement is an opportunity to involve both universities in a variety of programs such as exchange of faculty and staff in specialized fields focused on pharmacy and language, graduate and undergraduate student exchange, short-term training programs, and to build up various collaboration programs on sharing of academic information and materials.
